Come see us for Dairy Days in Adams, Minn. on   June  13,14,  2009

There will be Union & Confederate encampments  with  camp life,  infantry drill,  a skirmish & living history demonstrations. The U.S. Christian Commission will give a period service on Sunday.
Come on out for the weekend and we'll learn some history and have some fun.

Saturday
Tactical?
Reveille – 7:00
Free Breakfast 8-12 at the Adams’ Fire Department.     
Sgts. Call – 8:30
Camp opens – 9:00
Officers Call – 9:00
Drill – 10:00
Fashion Show – 11:30
Tea – 11:30
Lincoln-Douglas Debate – 12:00
Battle – 1:30 – 2:30
Medical after battle – 2:30
Rummage Sale – 4:00
Camp closes – 5:00
Candle Tour/ Talent show – 8:00 – If there is interest
Night fire – 9:30 – If there is interest

On Friday night, Bubbles on main street is open until 8 PM. On Sat. there is a steak fry at the Adam’s Legion. It is all you can eat for $10.00 for adults and $6.00 for children 6-12. It is really good fixins and is open from 4:30-8:30 PM I believe. Great food for little cost, and the best part is that you don’t have to fix it. So leave your period clothes on and go have a great meal and mix with the locals. Street dance from 9-12 PM. Will know the for sure time when you arrive.

Parade – 1:00 – All who want to take part. They would really appreciate it.
Battle – 2:30
Medical show – After Battle
Camp closes – 4:30

At this time any extra food supplies is questionable due to no one butchering. If anything changes, I will inform you right away. There is no tornado drill scheduled at this time. Hopefully that does not change. See you the weekend of June13th and 14th.
